Add modules, connect them using virtual patch cords, adjust their knobs and switches to your heart's desire. When you are ready to learn more about patching a Eurorack synth, the manual offers step by step patching tutorials that go hand in hand with the included tutorial presets. We have been getting to know Softube Modular for nearly a year now, we're really impressed by its functionality but most of all by its sound. Its 'analogueness' became irrelevant when we started playing, the oscillators and filter modules have deep and detailed sound, reassuring foundations for modular building. With a studio already overflowing with glorious Eurorack modules, Buchla and Serge panels I was thrilled to discover Modular. Given that much of my life is spent travelling it's an invaluable opportunity to quite literally take my studio with me on my laptop. The emulations are top notch, with a fidelity that is second to none. Developing the most complex patches and being able to store them is a rare pleasure. My back also really appreciates not carrying heavy cases filled with modules on every trip.
